Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements acting as primary point of contact
Design, configure, and implement software solutions based on client specifications
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation process
Conduct system testing and ensure software functionality meets quality standards
Develop documentation and provide training to end-users
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project deliver
Assist with the installation and customization of software as a service (SaaS) systems.
Collect data about company objectives through their data feed/silos and format data fields in a specific way to help the client make informed decisions.
Implement API integrations between client (casino) & company's software product
Collaborate with client's IT personnel and involve internal engineering if there are any technical complications

Required
3-5 years working in enterprise environment conducting B2B API Integrations
Excellent communication skills, you'll be collaborating with executive and IT leadership of clients
Experience working with large sets of data in a SaaS / B2B environment
Azure is what we utilize but our clients range from Azure, AWS, GCP
Ability to analyze problems, develop and execute creative, customer-focused solutions
Strong time management and data organization skills
