Responsibilities
Transform new customers into experts by conducting training and providing support and relationship management
Establish strong working relationships with clients based on clear expectations and trust building
Provide the highest level of service and support to clients through diligent communication
Consult clients on best practices and necessary process changes to achieve implementation milestones
Customize implementation and training plans to fit client needs and workflows
Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure on-time project deliverables
Facilitate check-in calls and virtual meetings during each phase of implementation
Partner with the Configuration Team to ensure the database is set up correctly
Evaluate, document, and escalate any client issues or concerns
Collaborate cross-departmentally to develop best practices and connect customers with Customer Success Manager
Learn product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices
Transition clients to ongoing Client Services Support upon successful implementation

Required
3+ years of experience in software Implementation, training, support, or service roles preferably at a SaaS company
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
Experience and understanding of the construction industry a strong plus
Go above and beyond the call of duty to delight our clients
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Strong verbal, listening, written and interpretive skills
Strong computer, technical, and presentation skills
Balance advocating for the client and RedTeam long term goals
Interpersonal skills able to adapt/respond to different types of characters and attitudes
Familiarity with construction terms and practices a plus
Tolerance for stress
