Responsibilities

Schedule and perform discovery calls with new practices, gather all necessary information related to the practice, staff, data conversion, and anticipated go live date

Make a personal connection with the doctor and key staff, learn individual practice workflow and office needs, introduce the online platform (Google Classroom) for education

Follow up emails and calls as needed throughout the implementation process

Address questions via phone, email and Google Classroom

Assist Quality Assurance team with testing as needed

Maintain active classrooms which includes but is not limited to daily posts, delivery of implementation videos, and addresses questions and comments through stream

Maintain video library and documentation to stay up to date and complete

Ensure customers stay on track with timeline, delivering quizzes and coordinating data transfer as needed

Coordinate additional assistance with SME team if needed
