Responsibilities

Successful Project Delivery: Manage project schedules, budgets, scope, and timelines to deliver 90% of projects on time, and within budget, achieving strong post-project NPS scores.

Platform Mastery: Configure and implement all aspects of the platform independently, support teammates as a platform expert and stay updated on all new features.

Training and Documentation: Conduct client training sessions, document implementation processes such as initial requirements, configurations, workflows, and change orders, and provide weekly status updates on all implementations.

Internal Collaboration: Provide technical expertise to sales and support teams during discovery/troubleshooting sessions, and consistently contribute to improving internal processes.

Discovery Sessions: Conduct sessions to identify client pain points, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.

Make Recommendations: Propose integrations and enhancements to maximize platform value and functionality for clients.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years experience in software implementation, configuration, and project management within a SaaS environment.

General knowledge of API integrations and experience with integrating third-party applications or systems.

Experience with data migration, system testing, and quality assurance processes.

Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).

Committed to customer success, with a track record of actively listening, engaging, and solving problems.

Skilled at seeking creative solutions, asking insightful questions, and driving continuous improvement through the exploration of new methods and tools.
