Responsibilities
Works to optimize operations to meet Business and plant goals.
Initiates changes to Plant Operating procedures.
Implements best practices to optimize operations including but not limited to pipeline and tracking tools ownership.
Ensures regulatory and responsible care compliance via operating discipline.
Partners with Plant Process Control Coordination to ensure process control optimization; partners with plant operations to generate process data for improvement opportunities.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Chemical or Mechanical Engineering disciplines preferred.
1+ years of project and/or chemical manufacturing experience.
Prior management of vendor proposals and quotations, contractor bids, and development of desired solutions preferred.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and work in a team environment.
Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license.
Degree must be from a school that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the Secretary of Education of the U.S. Department of Education or equivalent program from an international university.
