Lead the launch and growth of REM Room, ensuring every detail is executed perfectly, from hotel rooms to the online store.
Think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to make REM Room the best product on the market.
Develop and refine the REM Room brand, focusing on its promise of ultimate sleep and health.
Oversee daily operations, manage the product rollout, and ensure smooth execution across all platforms.
Build and inspire a team that shares your vision, while ensuring high performance and productivity.
Track product performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to keep REM Room growing and improving.
Treat this like your own business. Make decisions, solve challenges, and keep things moving forward.
Research what people want and need to create products and experiences they love.
Handle everything from budgets to partnerships to make sure REM Room runs like clockwork.

Required
A true entrepreneurial spirit—someone who’s comfortable working with ambiguity and taking full ownership of a product.
Start-up mindset- you must be comfortable with fast-paced, ever-evolving environments and ready to take risks to build something amazing.
A passion for health and wellness, especially around sleep, and the desire to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams, launching products, and driving growth.
A creative problem-solver who thrives on building new ideas and overcoming challenges.
Ability to wear many hats- this is a hands-on role that requires versatility, from strategy to execution.
Experience in product management, marketing, or operations, ideally in a start-up or product-based company.
Preferred
Previous experience with hospitality or health-related products is a plus.
