Responsibilities
Use tax legal skills in a business setting to focus on tax insurance products.
Work on projects involving a broad range of tax matters, including international, corporate, consolidated returns, partnership, M&A, compensation and renewable energy tax credits.
Negotiate with other attorneys as well as non-attorneys in the industry.
Interact directly with clients and think in both a tax law and business capacity.

Required
Broad, sophisticated federal taxation experience
Experience practicing at a large law firm, in-house or an accounting/consulting firm
Strong communication and writing skills
Diplomatic style
Strong interest in working in a business capacity
Comfortable interacting directly with clients
Ability to think in both a tax law and business capacity
Preferred
Experience working with tax insurance products
Experience working on renewable energy tax credits
LLM in Taxation
