Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of commercial contracts and technology agreements, including software and technology licensing, master services, service schedules and orders.

Required

3+ years of complex commercial and technology contracts experience
Prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 corporate law firm, or in-house with a major company
Excellent academic credentials
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
Outstanding references

Preferred

Network infrastructure, terrestrial, subsea fiber optic cables, or data centers experience
