Responsibilities
Handling inbound calls, emails and chat in a professional manner.
Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate inquiry processing and delivery.
Escalating customer feedback as required.

Required
At least 2 years experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Hospitality or Customer Care Services in a Call Center.
Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills in Spanish (mother tongue level) and English (proficiency level).
Strong multitasker and working knowledge of phone etiquette.
Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
Self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
Adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
