Responsibilities
Develop and execute a content strategy to attract and engage target customers, including blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars.
Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page and off-page SEO, and collaborate with the team to improve organic search rankings.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, improve engagement, and drive conversions, ensuring personalization and segmentation for optimal results.
Develop and manage social media campaigns that align with content and inbound marketing strategies. Regularly post, engage with followers, and track performance metrics.
Implement strategies to convert website traffic into qualified leads through landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics to make data-driven adjustments.
Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align messaging, ensure smooth handoffs of leads, and contribute to overall brand positioning.
Stay up-to-date with the latest inbound marketing trends and technologies to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in inbound marketing or digital marketing.
Proficiency in marketing automation platform Hub Spot, CRM software, and content management systems.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
Excellent writing and content creation skills.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
Preferred
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles is a plus.
