Responsibilities

Drive technical support teams to recover services during periods of service disruption or outages to key technology platforms/applications.

Establish policies, processes and systems for the implementation of a quality incident management process.

Monitor trends in incidents and issues.

Begin to influence department’s strategy.

Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components.

Perform work without direction and exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
