Responsibilities
Day to day would be troubleshooting the incident that comes, handling a tickets system.
Obtain information for the devices.
Pull up device logs, and identify the bugs or incidents.
Interacting & coordinating with multiple teams such as firmware teams, and technical teams.
Strong computer skills, a lot of logs need to be pulled and identify the cause of the problem and resolve it.
Will be on call rotations after every 8 days. (including weekends.) We have Mid-shifts, night shifts and morning shifts to get rotation.
Need to coordinate with multiple teams for every bug or incident.

Required
Experience in Video Cyber support, video devices, settop box, smart TV.
Ability to troubleshoot incidents and handle a ticket system.
Skill in obtaining information for devices.
Ability to pull up device logs and identify bugs or incidents.
Experience in interacting and coordinating with multiple teams such as firmware teams and technical teams.
Strong computer skills.
Willingness to be on call rotations after every 8 days, including weekends.
Experience with Linux.
Time management skills.
Ticket management experience (not specific tool, but tool can be trained).
