Responsibilities
Support post-cybersecurity incident infrastructure restoration of Windows, VMware, storage, and network technologies.
Act as the technical liaison for IRs.
Work with other Systems Engineers to develop project requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated trouble tickets.
