Responsibilities
You will be recruiting 1099 Insurance Agents
We have unlimited applicants for you to screen and hire
We have one of the most robust agent support system in the industry
Working with our CRM to efficiently contact and manage interested candidates
This is a remote 1099 position, compensation is based on per hire
Working with the Leadership to understand the Business needs and recommend improvements
Meeting established hiring goals and maintain compliance
Managing the candidate experience and create positive relationships
Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute comprehensive recruiting plans
Drawing insights from analytics to make processes more efficient
Managing all onboarding processes

Required
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Experience and comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Recruiting: 1 year (Required)
Preferred
Health Insurance Industry knowledge/experience is preferred but not required
