Responsibilities
Conduct supply chain food safety inspections/audits.
Summarize and evaluate inspection/audit findings.
Communicate findings/results of inspections/audits with client site management or appropriate client representatives.
Develop effective work plans for the completion of assigned inspections/audits within a determined timeframe.
Establish and maintain effective communication with key team members including audit delivery and client teams.
Perform other duties as requested.

Required
Completion of a Lead Auditor Course
Experience with Category 7 & 10
Completion a 2-day HACCP Course with certificate
Completion a Preventative Course Qualified Individual (PCQI) course
Current, valid SQF Auditor certificate
Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant field
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Excellent interpersonal and ability to effectively develop professional work relationships
Valid driver’s license
Tablet PC running Windows 10 and own mobile phone
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
5 years’ experience working in the food/packaging industry
Prior auditing experience using GFSI scheme
