Responsibilities
Prospect Clients: Identify and connect with businesses and organizations across the U.S. that can benefit from our background check services.
Sell Effectively: Pick your selling style - Engage potential clients via phone, email, video conferencing or face-to-face meetings/door-to-door outreach, demonstrating the value of our services.
Leverage Leads: Utilize provided warm and cold leads, supplemented by your own marketing and outreach efforts, to build a robust client pipeline.
Close Deals: Turn prospects into long-term customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Stay Organized: Manage your leads and accounts using your preferred systems or tools.
Learn and Grow: Participate in training programs to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.

Required
Comfortable with 100% residual commission sales compensation.
