Responsibilities

Market Research & Lead Generation: Use lead-generation tools and market research to identify prospects seeking transformative solutions in healthcare facilities.
Networking & Social Media: Leverage your professional network and social media channels to generate leads and drive business growth.
Sales Presentations & Consultations: Deliver compelling presentations to prospects, showcasing the benefits of our all-inclusive services in transforming healthcare spaces.
Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work with our internal creative team to develop and implement effective marketing materials to support your sales efforts.
Sales Process Management: Manage expectations and provide consultative services throughout the sales process, positioning yourself as a trusted expert in space transformation.
Client Engagement & Handoff: Once deals are secured, lead the internal project handoff meetings, ensuring that the operations team is aligned to deliver the contracted work.
Industry Knowledge: Stay current on trends, regulations, and advancements in healthcare commercial spaces, ensuring you are informed about key industry challenges.

Required

A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth
