Responsibilities
Developing and executing sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue goals.
Building and leading a high-performing team of independent consultants.
Cultivating relationships with senior executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals ready for change.
Promoting our suite of personal and leadership development programs, inspiring clients with the value of self-education and transformation.
Providing mentorship and coaching to team members to ensure their success and development.
Attend global Zoom training sessions to stay updated on educational information and community support.
Conduct research for global marketing and advertising strategies.
Develop and implement communication strategies across various media channels.
Generate leads with guidance and support from an expert team and detailed training systems.
Schedule and conduct consultative interviews, providing further educational information to potential candidates.
Maintain and utilize CRM systems for lead management and tracking.
Mentor and support clients through ongoing guidance, training, and leadership.
