Responsibilities
Develop innovative and functional designs for sportswear, protective gear and athletic products
Create detailed 3D models, renderings and technical drawings(full tech packs) using CAD software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure designs meet performance, quality, and cost requirements
Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and improve product designs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to integrate the latest advancements into product designs
Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of design milestones

Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
3+ years of experience in industrial design, preferably in the sportswear or athletic products industry
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, AutoCAD) and rendering tools (e.g., KeyShot, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and functional design solutions
Excellent understanding of materials, manufacturing processes and ergonomic principles
Ability to translate user needs and feedback into practical design solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Passion for sports and an understanding of the needs of athletes and active individuals.
