Responsibilities
Develop prefabricated architectural components, encompassing structural components, facade features, and fenestration
Develop prefabricated products for interior use, such as bathrooms, kitchens, staircases, and interior storage solutions that integrate into the building architecture
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the highest quality of products, optimizing for aesthetic appeal, user experience, and manufacturing feasibility
Utilize CAD tools (Rhino is a must) and other design software to create detailed drawings, prototypes, and visualizations of industrial design concepts
Work closely with the software development team to implement products into the ZURU software for the best user experience
Work closely with the manufacturing team to design a series of test buildings and establish a protocol to test and improve products

Required
Master’s degree in industrial design or Product Design
5+ years of experience in an industrial design role, preferably in architecture or in the construction industry
Proficiency in CAD software, specifically Rhino, and other relevant design tools
Very strong communication skills, both technical and visual, to effectively convey design concepts and ideas
Ability to use and develop new tools without being afraid to challenge traditional work methods and processes
Capacity to contribute to a multidisciplinary team and to move project forward in a fast timeline
Knowledge of building code and standards
