Responsibilities

Responsible for studying work methods and best practices, quantifying them with a Labor Standard, and documenting them within company recommended software packages.

Assist in the deployment and ongoing support of the Enterprise Labor Management System.

Coordinate support of the Enterprise Labor Management System in assigned divisions.

Develop, update, analyze, and document all corporate labor standards.

Perform time studies, building and documenting them within the EASE Software suite.

Determine process changes that will help streamline work methods.

Analyze new equipment and process changes.

Study, quantify, and document proposed and established labor best practices.

Maintain a working Knowledge of MTM-UAS and EASE Industrial Engineering Software Platforms.

Organize and Manage Projects.
