Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement efficient manufacturing systems and workflows.
Develop and optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work times and improve labor productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve production issues.
Utilize lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process improvements and production performance.
Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools.
