Responsibilities

Manage Industrial Engineers for industrialization deliverables on new programs.

Manage Manufacturing Engineers for sustaining manufacturing engineering in production.

Provide Industrial Engineering support during the development of Water & Waste Systems and Components.

Determine cost-effective methods for product creation.

Lead initiatives to implement new production processes such as 3D printing.

Coach, mentor, and develop the team in effective management of tasks and projects.

Evaluate individual performances and create development plans.

Provide feedback and expertise to the Design group for DFMA.

Implement Lean principles and coordinate with leadership for action plans.

Develop and implement admin processes and templates for Industrialization.

Maintain and be accountable for industrialization metrics.
