Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of projects from quoting to completion, including managing deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and frequently monitoring progress.

Prepare status reports for the leadership team and manage the development of business with the customer base.

Manage projects encompassing mechanical systems, electrical systems, steel fabrication, and general construction for industrial usage.

Required

5+ years of experience in industrial/commercial trade industry

2+ years experience in selling/estimating/closing deals in industrial construction

Experience with electrical/mechanical systems in sales or project oversight

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Docs, Salesforce, and Project Management Software

Experience in managing subcontractor work from quote to completion

Estimation skills

Ability to understand and communicate proposals effectively

Capability to create estimates and manage customer relations

Strong organizational skills for scheduling resources and project kickoffs

Excellent communication skills for interacting with Department Managers, Superintendents, and Crew Leads

Proven track record in lead generation and business development
