Responsibilities
Drive Digital Sales Strategy: Implement ABB’s defined digital sales strategy to improve market penetration, achieve growth targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sell Digital Solutions: Focus on driving volume, mix, and profitability targets by offering solutions in areas such as MES, automation, and industrial software.
Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders, understanding their digital needs and aligning ABB’s solutions to provide impactful results.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Guide customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience while addressing opportunities and challenges.
Develop Strategic Plans: Prepare and execute sales strategies using ABB’s authorized tools and collaborate with global teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

Required
8+ years of experience in driving digital transformation and industrial software sales for complex global organizations, ideally in a B2B environment (Process, Energy, Software, Technology, Automation).
Strong consultative sales track record, with proven ability to engage customer leadership, deliver results, and turn opportunities into successes.
Expertise in MES and Industrial Automation: Deep knowledge of digital technologies, trends, and advanced solutions, with experience in relevant industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Fluency in English (written and spoken), with strong communication and presentation skills.
Availability to Travel internationally as needed.
Preferred
Change Management experience is a strong plus.
