Responsibilities

Manage the global delivery of SEC Treasury Clearing regulatory change, involving cross-regional and cross-entity deliveries and coordination with various global teams.

Capture, translate regulatory requirements into business requirements, and further into system requirements.

Work cross-functionally with Business, Operations, Finance, and Risk to define requirements and technical changes.

Require knowledge of Fixed Income settlements and Sponsored Repo.

Prior experience with Regulatory deliveries and FICC is preferred.
