Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers aligned with brand values, focusing on high-conversion partnerships across Amazon and DTC channels.
Negotiate favorable rates, deliverables, and contract terms to optimize ROAS, authenticity, and long-term relationships.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop compelling offers, landing pages, and promotions that drive conversions.
Maintain content calendars, ensure FTC compliance, and deliver clear briefs and resources for seamless campaign execution.
Create tracking links, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies to improve conversions and surpass revenue targets.
Recruit, onboard, and support a diverse community of emerging creators via Discord, ensuring alignment with brand values.
Provide briefs, guidelines, and ongoing feedback to inspire high-quality organic content.
Monitor creator performance, offer incentives, and celebrate top contributors to maintain motivation and improve results.
Collaborate with internal teams to repurpose successful organic content for paid and affiliate campaigns.
Maintain clear communication, streamline workflows, and address challenges to ensure timely, impactful content delivery.
Produce monthly and quarterly reports highlighting top performers, standout content, ROI metrics, and areas for improvement, always seeking to uplift the entire ecosystem.
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations, shaping the direction of both paid influencer and organic social initiatives.

Required
2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related roles within consumer-facing brands—experience in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle categories is a plus.
Track record of building and managing influencer relationships from initial outreach to contract negotiation, content approval, and post-campaign analysis.
Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer sourcing, management, and payment tools.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting ROAS, CPM, CPC, and CTR to guide strategy, coupled with a keen eye for compelling visual and storytelling elements.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, embodying candor and clarity with both creators and internal teams.
A growth mindset—continuously learning from others, embracing challenges, and motivated to find innovative ways to elevate Body Restore’s brand presence.
Self-driven, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects while remaining attentive to detail and committed to meeting deadlines.
