Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive creator content strategy that supports both paid and organic channels (paid media, our social media channels, etc.).
Direct the creation of creator content for organic social and paid social channels
Developing content ideas in partnership with our paid media agency and internal marketing team
Recruiting and managing content creators to product videos/static assets
Writing briefs for content and reviewing / providing feedback on assets to ensure they are followed
Managing and organizing all of our content assets, including rights usage terms so that we are always using the right content
Planning our ongoing content pipeline so that we are building the volume, types, and quality of content that we need for ongoing ads and organic social media
Manage the content creator relationships including sourcing, contracting, briefing, deadline adherence, invoicing/payment, day to day communication, and rights management
Oversee the collection, organization, and use of user-generated content, including usage rights management
Program budget management and tracking
Add the strategic part of the role
Write briefs
Trafficking post receipt for in house edits
Negotiations with creators
Contract strategy
Coordination/project management
Budget management
Creator Marketplace strategy and management
Develop program strategy to drive expansion and efficiency of spend and process (continuous improvement mindset)
Manage our influencer affiliate program including crafting and delivering brand and product information, facilitating free product gifting, and program performance reporting
Drive revenue growth
Performance reporting
Develop and recommend program development strategy including marketing technology optimization and revenue growth initiatives
Manage the gifting influencer program
Set strategy, manage budget, direct outreach efforts, and track performance
Lead the effort to launch a paid influencer program
Manage paid influencer program, inclusive of defining the partnership strategy and budget, outreach and contract negotiation, content briefing and overall process
Maintain organization of contracts and content
Manage usage rights of content to ensure compliance and continued ad performance without gaps or sudden stoppage
Proactive communication to paid media team
Detailed record keeping to ensure paid media and organic social teams are kept up to date with accurate partner and content information
Set and report on program KPIs including spend, revenue generation, customer acquisition

Required
3-5 years of experience working with content creators and influencers.
Proven track record of managing partners and content development processes for paid social ads and organic social channels.
Creative mindset with the ability to ideate compelling content.
Experience collaborating with paid media teams and creating content that drives ROI in ad campaigns.
Strong working knowledge of the competitive landscape, especially small to mid-scale CPG & personal care brands.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
Preferred
Familiarity with beauty and skincare trends is a plus.
