Responsibilities

Align influencer activations with broader brand goals and key launches for maximum impact.
Build lasting relationships with top influencers, content creators, and industry disruptors across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
Partner with influencers to co-create content that doesn’t just stand out but feels like a natural extension of their voice and style.
Negotiate deals and deliverables that are win-win, balancing value, authenticity, and ROI.
Design campaigns that integrate influencers into unforgettable brand moments—whether it’s an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at a new property or a live-streamed luxury event attended by the who’s who of the industry.
Oversee content creation and ensure that every story told stays true to our brand’s voice and vision.
Use performance data to shape what’s next—because every campaign is a chance to learn, grow, and innovate.

Required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital strategy, with a strong preference for expertise in the luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality industries.
Proven success in executing memorable and impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive results.
Extensive knowledge of global markets and the ability to tailor campaigns to reflect cultural nuances while maintaining brand alignment.
Demonstrated comfort in both generating creative, innovative ideas and analyzing performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
A proven track record of building and maintaining authentic partnerships with influencers and creators, fostering long-term collaboration and mutual success.
Strong negotiation skills combined with a deep understanding of what motivates and inspires creators.
Expertise in managing multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring all aspects are executed seamlessly.
Exceptional organizational abilities, with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines while maintaining focus on overarching strategic objectives.
