Responsibilities
Write and execute creative briefs for influencer campaigns as directed by Sr. TikTok Shop Strategists.
Recruit, onboard, and manage influencers for TikTok Shop campaigns.
Oversee payment processes for influencers, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
Submit influencer content for client and Sr. Strategist approvals.
Manage posting deadlines and ensure campaigns meet client expectations.
Build and nurture relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
Build strong relationships with ZeroTo1’s roster of retained creators, ensuring alignment with clients’ goals and brand identity.
Act as the main point of contact for creators across campaigns and projects.
Identify opportunities to integrate creators into new campaigns and product launches.
Manage ZeroTo1’s Discord community for influencers and affiliates, facilitating real-time communication and collaboration.
Share updates about product launches, TikTok Shop sales, platform news, and brand-specific information.
Foster an engaged and supportive community that drives collaboration and campaign success.
Work closely with the Sr. TikTok Shop Strategist and CMO to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Provide regular updates and performance reports on influencer campaigns and community engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with broader client goals.

Required
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, community management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of TikTok, TikTok Shop, and influencer marketing trends.
Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Experience managing payments, contracts, and approvals for influencers.
Familiarity with platforms like Discord, Slack, or similar for community management.
Preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Knowledge of e-commerce, Insense or other related Influencer platform, TikTok Shop analytics, or affiliate marketing.
Creative problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
