Responsibilities

Proactively manages and leads the Technology across multiple ERP product offerings (i.e. Workday, and Infor), providing services for cloud product tenant instance configuration, user provisioning and security configuration, on-going system maintenance, coding development, and client knowledge transfer
Accountable for building a strong, knowledgeable consultant team with a focus on quality of delivery; the team of resources includes Tech Leads with a focus on managing and leading technical components of implementation project tasks and Developers with design and programming expertise to develop data conversions, interface, and reporting needs of customers
Works with the SVP of Infor & ERP Shared Services to build and enhance the ROI Application Managed Services (AMS) offering and development of the team to support AMS
Builds and executes a support model for the ROI Community Health service offing with the SVP of Infor & ERP Shared Services to provide ongoing system support and issue resolution
Provides leadership and guidance for their team in capturing business requirements, system configurations, development, coding standards, and testing
Ensures the team is trained in the required project product, able to analyze system requirements, and prepared to facilitate and lead client-facing activities
Provides individual leadership, mentorship, and guidance with periodic one-on-one meetings, and provides timely feedback as needed to address concerns or issues
Communicates industry and product information to provide knowledge transfer and learning
Communicates area, practice, and project updates to their team through periodic communications and team meetings
Stays current with latest industry trends and applies them to existing service offerings or contributes to creating new ones
Identifies and drives business opportunities and collaborates with the SVP of ERP Strategy, Sales & Marketing and the Director(s) of Client Success; assists in defining project scopes while helping plan timelines and resource planning
Ensures compliance with methodology and development coding standards and works to update and enhance the standards where appropriate
Provides guidance and leadership in supporting the adherence to project scope for their respective teams
Lead team by providing knowledge transfer workshops and training to facilitate continuous improvement efforts
Mentors less experienced consultants and provides guidance on consulting skills and product knowledge
Provides guidance in mitigating risks, resolving issues and conflicts, while working with team members across all disciplines; encourages a drama free, positive work environment and culture
Supports sales initiatives by providing subject matter expertise in the Infor Finance product and / or assigning team member(s) for that function
Ensure all project documentation is updated utilizing defined ROI templates and stored in the appropriate location within two (2) business days of creation to support a seamless project audit
Maintain delivery monthly status reporting of issues, requests, and maintenance to AMS customers
Manage team to provide weekly status report(s) to their Project Manager for each billable client by 3:00 PM EST on Friday of each week
Accountable for the scheduling and management of team’s billable utilization targets
Ensure project delivery quality and consulting services excellence to support ROI’s KLAS ratings goals
Adhere to time requirements by submitting weekly time records by 5:00 PM EST Saturday for the week work was performed
Utilize remote work collaboration tools (Teams, etc.) for communication with other team members and clients, being logged in and available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in your respective time zone, or the time zone of your assigned client
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ownership of work products and work in a fast-paced, team environment
Maintains regular, consistent attendance and open communication with Project Managers, other Directors, and Practice Leadership
Completes all annual education/competency requirements; demonstrates ROI core values, adheres to policies and procedures
Travels as needed

Required

Bachelor's Degree in IT Management (or equivalent) and relevant ERP product certification(s)
Minimum 7 years of ERP-based consulting or equivalent work experience desired
Experience in most areas of ERP Technology including familiarity with SAAS models, cloud-based enterprise systems, cloud-based storage, working knowledge in one or more ERP systems of configuration considerations, end user security, workflow and custom development tools
Understanding of common programming solutions, such as Info’s IPA workflow, ION, etc
Understanding of thought leadership in industry trends in technology practices including automation of processing, data and organizational interoperability, and efficiencies of workflow
Proven ability to prepare sales proposals, statements of work, and conduct product demonstrations, where necessary
Proven experience in the technical design, implementation, and support of Infor FSM CloudSuite
Understanding of the reporting options for ERP systems and provide direction and education on data analytic solutions
Initiative to gain knowledge of current solutions and/or technologies to maintain and advance expertise
Ability to work to ensure customer satisfaction through quality and consistent execution of the ROI methodology
Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Infor CloudSuite
Ability to stay healthy, calm, and balanced in any challenging situation
