Responsibilities
Work with the Project Manager/Lead Consultant to Deliver project tasks in a timely manner and within in the client's budget.
Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients.
Provide pre-go live consulting and go-live support to fulfill project plan objectives.
Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements.
Understanding of manufacturing business processes and devising methods to implement them within Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine ERP software and other DRI software solutions.
Provide end user training and business procedure documentation; training in both one-on-one and group classroom settings.
Confidence and ability to make recommendations to meet clients' business needs.
Build ongoing relationships with our clients and become their trusted advisor.
Ability to recognize and notify management of any issues which could affect the client business relationship.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Learn DRI and third-party products alongside of Infor CloudSuite Industrial.
Completes any additional assignments as requested by management.

Required
CSI / SyteLine experience is required.
MUST have full-life cycle implementation experience with Infor's CloudSuite Industrial SyteLine.
Background in Manufacturing Accounting & Finance
Entrepreneurial, self-starter able to work in a multi-faceted and fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field experience
Preferred
Knowledge of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) is required
MBA, CMA, CPA, and PMP certification are desirable.
