Responsibilities
Design and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica MDM and IBM InfoSphere MDM tools.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable MDM architecture and solutions.
Configure and deploy Informatica MDM Hub, including data modeling, cleansing, standardization, and hierarchies.
Integrate MDM solutions with multiple data sources and enterprise applications to enable seamless data flow.
Collaborate with data stewards, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure data quality and governance.
Implement match/merge rules, workflows, and exception handling processes within MDM solutions.
Perform system performance optimization, troubleshooting, and tuning for MDM applications.
Document technical design specifications, solution architecture, and implementation strategies.
Stay updated on emerging MDM trends and tools to recommend best practices and improvements.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with a focus on Informatica MDM and/or IBM InfoSphere MDM.
Hands-on experience with data modeling, profiling, and integration techniques.
Strong understanding of MDM concepts, including entity resolution, data quality, and governance.
Proficiency in SQL and database management systems like Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.
Knowledge of ETL processes and tools
