Responsibilities
Works primarily within Privileged Access Management (PAM) and must possess deep background and experience in this domain.
Operates efficiently within all major CyberArk modules, including EPV, PSM, CPM, etc.
Demonstrates experience with documenting process, templates, and instructions around the use of EPV and PSM.
Builds out ticket workflows pertaining to both Engineering and Operational requests pertaining to PSM (MUST HAVE)
Demonstrates experience with metrics and reporting around PSM usage and requests
Provides guidance and instructional documentation for operational workflows pertaining to CyberArk

Required
Deep background and experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Experience operating within all major CyberArk modules, including EPV, PSM, CPM.
Experience with documenting process, templates, and instructions around the use of EPV and PSM.
Experience building out ticket workflows pertaining to both Engineering and Operational requests pertaining to PSM.
Experience with metrics and reporting around PSM usage and requests.
Ability to provide guidance and instructional documentation for operational workflows pertaining to CyberArk.
Extensive Experience with CyberArk and ticketing systems (SNOW preferred).
Knowledge of security best practices for Windows-based and Linux-based systems including authentication principles and components.
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory architecture.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux Server and Windows Workstation Operating Systems.
