Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with cybersecurity policies, standards, and regulations.
Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to regional requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address compliance gaps and vulnerabilities
Monitor and analyze security controls to detect and respond to compliance issues and potential threats within the region.
Prepare and present compliance reports and findings to management and stakeholders, highlighting regional compliance challenges and solutions.
Participate in cybersecurity incident response activities as needed, focusing on regional impact and compliance implications.

Required
Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
Proven experience in cybersecurity compliance, risk management, or audit roles, preferably with knowledge of regional compliance requirements.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, and GDPR, with awareness of regional variations.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to navigate complex regional compliance landscapes.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are preferred and may be required based on regional regulations.
