Responsibilities

Review technical, environmental, and personnel details supporting the information system to assess the entire threat landscape.

Support the development of mitigations, document risks, and continually assess system risk.

Translate security concepts for clients to make informed decisions to secure their information systems and reduce attack surface.

Act as an information security subject matter expert while broadening skills in the risk management framework, operational technology, and mission system cybersecurity.

Required

4+ years of experience working with information technology (IT) or within the cybersecurity field

Experience with implementing or assessing security controls within an information system

Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite applications

Knowledge of the risk management framework and NIST 800-53

Ability to effectively monitor the progress of remediation

Ability to work with information systems owners, risk managers, and security professionals to ensure the implementation, identification, and tracking of security control implementation within an information system

TS/SCI clearance

Associate's degree

COMPTIA Security+ Certification
