Responsibilities
Lead and own executive-level digital communications for the entire Technology department.
Ensure proactive communication across the enterprise for all technology related announcements, including IT updates, system changes, outages, new product launches, software deployments, and security alerts.
Oversee internal communications across a range of platforms, including social media, the company website, newsletters, podcasts, emails, and more.
Ensure all communications are consistent and aligned with the broader corporate messaging strategy.

Required
8+ years relevant experience
Bachelor's degree
Extensive experience in supporting enterprise-level IT communications
Healthcare experience
Proven expertise in writing and content creation across diverse media channels, with a strong emphasis on digital platforms
Experienced in collaborating with senior leadership to define IT strategies, with a strong ability to measure and evaluate their success
Collaborative spirit, strong project management skills
