Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a Microsoft Data Lake to store and manage large volumes of data from various sources.
Create and implement data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
Analyze data to generate insights and support strategic decision-making.
Design and produce reports and dashboards for executives and other stakeholders.
Create and implement a simple, no-code experience for data ingestion, transformation, and loading using various tools including Power Query.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.

Required
Proven experience in developing and managing data lakes, preferably using Microsoft technologies, including Azure SQL.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and tools.
Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Previous experience with Multifamily property manager.
