Responsibilities

Oversee AI Implementation and integration: Develop a roadmap for the adoption of AI tools that align with the company’s objectives. Oversee the selection and implementation of AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Lead Innovation Initiatives: Champion innovation by identifying opportunities for technology-driven transformation in all core applications including Salesforce and SharePoint. Lead cross-functional teams in the exploration and execution of innovative projects.

Manage Technology Procurement: Direct the acquisition of technology tools, services and products, ensuring they meet the company’s standards for security, quality and innovation.

Foster Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with technology vendors, research institutions, and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve in technology advancements.

Build and Lead a Skilled IT Team: As needed, assemble and mentor a team of technology professionals with expertise to support the execution of our strategy.

Promote Agile Practices: Implement agile methodologies to accelerate the development and deployment of solutions.

Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to gain insights and inform strategic decisions. Develop and execute a roadmap for needed data enhancements/augmentation.

Ensure Scalable Infrastructure: Guarantee that the company’s technology infrastructure can support the integration and scaling of all key tools and promote futureproofing.

Champion a Culture of Continuous Learning: Encourage ongoing education and training in AI and emerging technologies for the IT team and the broader organization.

Required

Expertise in AI Technologies: Knowledge of AI tools, machine learning algorithms, and their application in a business context.

Proven Innovation Leadership: A track record of leading successful technology innovation initiatives.

Strategic Vision: Ability to translate our technology strategy to enable the strategic vision for the company.

Project Management Excellence: Strong project management skills, with experience in managing all types of technology enabled projects.

Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work across departments to foster a collaborative environment conducive to innovation.

Communication and Influence: Exceptional communication skills to convey complex data and technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive organizational change.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 10 years in the technology management field, with considerable experience in core professional services-related support technologies including office suites, cloud data management, analytics tools, content management and recent experience with helping an organization gain scale usage of AI platforms.

Experience managing a varied IT environment that includes Salesforce, NetSuite, Avalara, WordPress Microsoft 360 (incl Sharepoint and Power BI) and Ai tools.
