Responsibilities
Oversee the IT department’s daily operations, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, software, and cloud solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and performance standards.
Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and strategic initiatives.
Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures that ensure data security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to assess and prioritize technology needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Manage IT budgets, including forecasting and cost control, to ensure cost-effective technology spending.
Oversee disaster recovery planning and business continuity procedures.
Ensure timely updates, patches, and security measures are applied across all systems and platforms.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system efficiency, security, and business operations.
Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and high performance.
Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and provide guidance to the IT team.
Maintain vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience in IT management or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Strong experience with IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and databases.
Proven experience managing IT teams and collaborating with other departments to meet business objectives.
Expertise in information security practices, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and risk management.
Experience in modern IT frameworks, tools, and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile).
Strong understanding of IT budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Required Security clearance.
Preferred
Federal Experience is a plus.
