Responsibilities
Lead the successful IT integration and transition of the IT/technology infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Establish and streamline IT and business processes, aligning with organizational standards.
Liase with FOG Head Office to ensure that all IT requirements, compliance standards, and deadlines are being met throughout the transition process.
Coordinate with relevant departments to manage data migration, system integration, and technology alignment.
Take lead in planning, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems that support the business's operational and strategic objectives.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
Manage third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring quality service delivery and alignment with company goals.
Ensure IT systems and practices comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) and safeguard company data.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary security measures.
Manage cloud services and oversee customer on-premises servers, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
Provide technical support to staff, addressing IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Lead IT projects from inception to completion, including system upgrades, software implementations, and network expansions.
Coordinate with other teams, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Oversee data management practices, including data storage, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Implement data analytics tools and strategies to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect against internal and external threats.
Monitor network performance and security, responding quickly to incidents and breaches.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on healthcare IT.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and HITECH.
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and network infrastructure.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Ability to influence senior business leaders through effective communication, logical reasoning, and presentation of alternatives.
Solid business judgement capable of driving the organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic approach.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
