Responsibilities
Lead the successful completion of large-scale programs and initiatives, coordinating interrelated projects across the organization.
Develop program roadmaps, schedules, and deliverables while managing dependencies and risks.
Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders, executive sponsors, and vendors.
Communicate program-level status and roadmaps effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
Develop and manage program budgets, negotiating costs with partners and vendors.
Mentor project managers and support their professional development.
Drive program execution using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Document and manage program scope, ensuring all scope changes are addressed effectively.
Lead the creation of Statements of Work and Requests for Proposals as required.

Required
PMP or PgMP certification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
8+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years in program management
Proven ability to lead enterprise-level programs with multiple stakeholders and external partners
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Project, Visio, and SharePoint
Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Experience mentoring project management professionals
Ability to travel occasionally for program or client needs
Preferred
Insurance industry experience
Military experience considered
