Information Technology Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
Work closely with project leadership to assist in business and technology initiatives, as well as management of overall project tasks.
File project documents and maintain central repository for all project documentation (status reporting, risk management, issue management, change management, etc.)
Support in the development and maintenance of the project schedule such as tracking project changes, including scope and timeline.
Assist in the development of project status reports.
In coordination with the project team and Agile Solution Manager identify, resolve and mitigate project issues.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, meeting minutes, ensuring resource participation, and documenting action items.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, etc., related to project.
Assist project team in additional tasks, as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND two or more years of project management/coordination experience.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and interpersonal.
Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Expert organizational skills.
Ability to complete tasks with accuracy, thoroughness, and consistency.
Ability to evaluate data and draw accurate conclusions.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively as a team member.
Ability to develop trusting relationships and resolve conflict.
Ability to work with diverse communities and sensitivity to needs and concerns of various cultural groups.
Work is typically performed in an office environment with intermittent sitting, standing, or walking in various settings.
The ability to speak clearly, to hear and understand at a normal conversational level, and to receive detailed information through verbal communication.
Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading and visual inspection.
Full range of hand and finger motion for data entry purposes.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND four or more years of project management/coordination experience.
Experience with technology development projects.
Intermediate skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Proficiency in Project Management software.
Intermediate skills in SharePoint and relational databases.
