Responsibilities
Maintain project documentation by gathering relevant information
Maintain contacts/distribution lists
Update project artifacts / presentations
Manage onboarding/offboarding
Understand/manage the project budget, timeline, dependencies
Escalate issues
Collects/verifies gate deliverables
Assists in managing project communications
Provides assistance on Project Management tasks / deliverables

Required
Must have worked with a minimum of 20 stakeholders
Must have worked on IT projects
4 years of Project Coordination III/Management experience
Resource Demand Allocation Tracking
Worked with Enterprise wide projects
Project Schedule creation, maintenance and tracking
Tools Experience: MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA or similar
