Responsibilities

Manage IT projects focusing on project initiation, detailed planning, project plan quality and integrity, vendor management, effective communication, and project financial updates timing and accuracy.

Planning and tracking milestones, and tasks, and managing forecast and costs to ensure on-time, on-budget, and within-scope project delivery.

Drives progress and ensures the health of the assigned projects. Facilitates execution of project tasks to avoid delays via effective risk management and mitigation.

Assist Portfolio Lead with coordination and execution of the quarterly and monthly project forecast updates that include cross-functional coordination, data collection, cost estimation, prioritization, and variance analysis.

Ensure timing and quality for PMO deliverables (ex: Status Reports, Change Requests, Funds Reallocations)

Facilitate testing processes, including pre-UAT and Operational Qualification (OQ) tests, and support end-user UAT scenarios.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field

5+ years of IT Project Management within structured PMO operations

High level of competency using Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Power BI (or SQL Server Reporting Services) with some experience using Microsoft Project Server and/or other portfolio management tools.

Proven ability to effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels within the organization.
