Collaborate with all teams in developing project plans and gathering project status efficiently
Manage internal and external stakeholders' expectations through transparent and proactive status reporting
Assist and facilitate the deliverables for the assigned program tracks
Support PMO team by partnering and co-owning some of the duties of RTE (Release Train Engineer)
Facilitate tracks and report on key track level metrics and details providing visibility and transparency for decision-making
Work with Release Train management teams and Technical Leads to maintain a roadmap aligned with the Program plan
Lead and facilitate all aspects of the project management process
Monitor and control projects by managing track level milestones, scope, issues, and risks
Develop, facilitate, and implement communication strategies and plans
Provide process leadership, direction, and support to project/scrum teams
Ensure planned, regular, and effective communication of status, issues, risks, and actions among all involved parties
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Process Adherence. Able to determine which project management processes are necessary to achieve optimal results. Produces an audit trail through their projects.
Business Knowledge. Good understanding of Agile standards. Easily aligns project/programs to stakeholder goals.
Proficiency in MSOffice Suite, Microsoft Project/SmartSheet, SharePoint, Rally or similar tool.
Bachelor’s Degree and Project Management Certification(s) or equivalent
Minimum 7 yrs of experience in project management capacity implementing large enterprise software systems
