Responsibilities
Documenting the processes for managing AD groups, including defining roles and responsibilities, and communicating these expectations clearly upon completion.
Planning, organizing, managing, and communicating all phases of the project.
Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan and schedule, ensuring the team stays on track with their tasks.
Creating a comprehensive scope document and securing approval from the Project Sponsor and other relevant parties.
Managing risks and escalating issues that the team can't resolve.
Ensuring deliverables are accepted and approved by the Project Sponsor and stakeholders.
Coordinating with resource managers to secure necessary project resources.
Providing regular status updates, including project health, accomplishments, upcoming activities, and milestone tracking.
Tracking project financials, including actuals, estimates to completion, and variances from the original budget, focusing on all external hard costs.
Holding vendors accountable for completing agreed-upon tasks within established timelines and working with them to manage risks and resolve issues.
Closing the project in a controlled manner, conducting lessons learned sessions, and obtaining project closure sign-off.

Required
Must have experience in the Life Insurance or Annuities industry.
