Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple IT and software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, managing all phases of the project lifecycle.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver successful outcomes.
Champion Agile practices, guiding teams in Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks to optimize delivery and collaboration.
Continuously assess project risks, create mitigation strategies, and adapt plans to meet evolving business needs.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging retrospectives, and implementing feedback into future projects.
Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, ensuring that project progress, risks, and changes are clearly communicated.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with business unit leaders to align technology projects with strategic objectives across the company.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience in managing software development projects from start to finish
Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) are a plus
