Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams for initiatives that span multiple business functions, ensuring projects meet objectives in terms of scope, timeline, and budget.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with end users to understand and document business processes and system requirements. Produce key project documents, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, Test Plans, and UI Mockups.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with both business and technology stakeholders, analyzing requirements and designing software solutions. Create detailed workflow charts and diagrams to represent system functionality and business processes.
Cross-functional Team Coordination: Partner with developers, quality assurance teams, production support, and account management teams to drive project success. Guide teams through systems analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Full Project Lifecycle Management: Lead software development projects and vendor product implementations from inception through delivery and post-implementation support.
Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules. Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure alignment with business/client expectations.
Risk Management & Change Requests: Conduct regular status meetings, manage risks, facilitate change request processes, and ensure comprehensive documentation for all phases of the project lifecycle.
Scope, Cost, and Schedule Negotiation: Manage competing project priorities and resources, ensuring that scope, cost, and schedules are aligned with available resources while meeting the needs of the business.
Agile Methodologies: Utilize Agile methodologies to guide project execution, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external vendors and clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.
Team Oversight: Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel (5-10 team members), ensuring that project tasks are completed on time and within the defined scope.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a solid understanding of business processes.
Experience in managing complex projects involving SAP and Salesforce is required.
Proven track record of managing large-scale software development and system integration projects.
Hands-on experience with both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methodologies.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and develop clear action plans.
Proven ability to create clear, concise, and accurate project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
Strong understanding of business needs and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
Preferred
Other relevant certifications (e.g., ScrumMaster, Six Sigma) are a plus.
Familiarity with Six Sigma and PMI methodologies is a plus.
Occasional travel may be required based on project needs.
