Responsibilities
Ensure that Technology projects follow a process to meet business objectives
Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues
Engage project teams and vendors in project initiation and planning activities
Create and manage project charters, project plans, forecasts, and schedules
Utilize Microsoft applications such as MS Project, Word, Excel, Power BI
Track project financials and create financial reports

Required
Bachelor's Degree
4-7 yrs of experience in Project Management of technology related projects (custom SDLC web application projects, IT infrastructure projects, business related, etc.)
Experience working within an IT PMO
Methodology - Hybrid, Iterative, Change adaptive; rapid/continuous delivery; SDLC
Project Life Cycle - Engaging project teams and vendors in project initiation, planning activities, managing project schedules, dependencies, risks and issues, and project closure activities
Vendor Management - Resource Management (Work hours / Time Management)
Artifacts - Understanding of project charters, project plans, project forecasts, project schedules, work hours, SOWs
Tools - Competency in Microsoft applications including MS Project, MS Project Server, Word, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI
Metrics - Understanding of metrics / KPIs to show the health of the overall program/project
Project Financials - Helping create PMO projects financials report (Actuals, Spend type, Period based reports)
Preferred
Candidates located in CST OR EST time Zone
Strong experience in End to end IT/Technical Project Management
Managing/Tracking Project Financials (budget) and Reporting
Understanding/Approving SOWs. Creating Project Charters
Vendor Management
Hybrid/Iterative Methodology
Software Development Projects (Custom/in-house Development), Data center, On-prem Application migration to cloud (a plus)
